Sorry for the long wait from any updates from me, there has been a problem with instagram so I haven't been able to post as usual. If they said you've violated their terms like me... DON'T PANIC. Just head online and search for "Instagram hacked", this should lead you to a help link from their site.
Go on there and click on "Report it to us"
From there you fill in a form and move on from there.
Alot of my friends and colleagues have had the same issues.
