I love how traditional it really is but it really caught me off guard when I walked up a few steps to the entrance wooden door which was closed. I thought it was closed! It was weird to have the menu stand out and street lights on... Until I opened the door...
I do recommend to going in a group so you can try more of their tapas. After all, the more friends around, the more food you can normally try too! I must say though, it's definitely not as salty as I remember food was in Madrid.
I really liked how the chef has presented the Spanish Omelette because I've had the traditional (home cooked) style where it's served from the pan it was cooked in, still hot and delicious. Couldn't leave out the pork knuckles either, the crunchy pork skin and the meat was very tender. To be honest, there's so much more I'd love to try!
